Beauty is in the EYE of the beholder.

Beauty is in the EYE of the beholder.

We are blessed with a pair of eyes. Eyes has a vital function so that we can see things, colors, patterns, read and etc. Imagine the amount of strain we put on our eyes and not letting it rest. It will show.

The wrinkles at the corner of the eyes. The dark rings. The eye bags. Oh, the puffiness too. My woes every single time. I tried natural remedies such as cucumber. You see it in dramas and movies. In all honesty, it doesn't work! I rather blend and drink those refreshing cucumbers. I tried a few other eye products previously, none work! None. The frustration and money wasted.

Fret not, I have found two that work for me. Another one, recommended by Kak Anessa (Founder of KidzParadize) based on her customers reviews.

1) Estee Lauder: Advanced Night Repair Eye Synchronised Complex II

This retails at $100. You may get it from Sephora or Tangs. It is an anti-aging eye cream targetted to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Its in a gel-cream formula which make it hydrating and easily absorb by the skin. It also helps to improves puffiness, dark circle, uneven skin tone around the eye area. I will apply this before bedtime.

I've been using this for more than a month. I find that my eyes is less puffy with the eye bags. One less line too (I have more than one lines by the way). 5-10% improvement for now. A little goes a long way.

2) Rania Hasna: Eye Love Coffee

This retails at $35. You may get it from Rania Hasna website (google search them). This brand aims for natural skincare products. If you are into natural things and minimal chemicals, you may want to give this a try. I'm not a coffee person (I don't drink coffee daily). I love the aroma of coffee cos it smells refreshing and crispy all at the same time. What I love about this is that its a roller. I can just roll this on my undereye seamlessly and fuss free. Like the name suggests, it  contains coffee (thus, caffeine) in the product. Caffeine has its medical uses. It constricts the vessels under the eye. Hence, helps to reduce the puffiness. Not only that, it also has natural sunscreen. How amazing is that!

What I love about this product is that its easily use even outdoor cos its a roller. The packaging allows it to fit in any bag and can be brought around especially for travelling. Whats not to love that its much more affordable. I have been using this about a month too. I use this during daytime or night time (sometimes, too lazy to use fingers for Estee Lauder). So far, it does reduce the puffiness with all the natural goodness. I don't have to be OCD about the ingredients. Oh, this ingredient could cause disease X. Oh that ingredient can cause disease Y. You get the gist of it.

3) KidzParadize Relaxation and Bedtime, Rub - $18

From customers testimony, this helps to reduce puffiness and eyebags. I personally have not give it a try. Perhaps, I will give this a try when i'm done with Estee Lauder. Just for external application. A little will goes a long way. Yes, we have this available online.

The undereye is a sensitive and stubborn area at the same time. I'm just contented at the rate that its improving. Most importantly, please have a good rest and a good night sleep. It does wonders.

Good night, ladies.

Time to hit the sack.

Till my next review/post.

Much Love,

Dee <3
